Thank
you for your interest in Operation Stand Down Huntsville. We are a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) community-based intervention program designed to assist our nations estimated 300,000 homeless veterans. We identify and address the individual immediate and long term needs of North Alabama's homeless veteran population regardless of whether their service was in peacetime or war, at home or abroad. Our goal is to feed, clothe, shelter, and care for our homeless veterans, and by doing so provide them the opportunity to get off the street, rebuild their lives, and once again become productive members of society. The veterans we assist today once guarded our freedom as serving members of the U.S. military, and now it's OUR turn to SERVE THEM!
Once again, thank you for helping us champion this worthy cause and for helping us create a better life for our homeless veterans. We at Operation Stand Down Huntsville vow the same solemn pledge in the civilian world that we did as Sailors, Soldiers, Airmen, and Marines....
"NO VETERANS LEFT BEHIND!"
